Chris's Place is centrally located at the top of Totara Heights. This brand new property is modern, light and is relatively private because it is located towards the end of the road. Seaviews up the estuary towards Opua completes the picture with birds in the surrounding bush. Very peaceful. Across the road is a walkway which takes you down to Kings Road and Paihia's safe swimming beach. (2.5minutes) A walk down to the Paihia Village would take you approximately 5-7 minutes, so everything is handy but you have privacy.
All modern appliances including 50" TV in the lounge area and a 32" in the master bedroom.
